Enough is Enough!!!
I was born into a country that was full of potentials we saw our parents and hoped to be like them someday. Even with the challenges they faced they strived and believed in a better tomorrow an era i admire and hope reoccurs in Nigeria. Today Children wake up and are scared of going to school for fear of kidnap or bomb blast!! gone are the days when children are excited to go to school to see their friends and that favourite teacher of theirs. I ask again where have we gone wrong? is democracy to blame? if democracy has turned our politicians against us, why do we still practice it?
Democracy is defined as: Government by the people; a form of government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised directly by their elected agents under a free electoral system. [definition from Dictionary.com]
Is it because elections is around the conner that people are been killed everyday, anyhow and as usual Nigeria is a country where no one cares. If everyone in the north is killed who will vote for the politicians next year? Think!!!! this is bloody, have you all forgotten that all things will not last forever and a God is above you, even though you POLITICIANS practice black magic, God is more than you he can order your death at an instant second but he is just watching you, i guess when he strikes you will understand.
Stop the killings, if your predecessors killed as much as you are killing now you would not be alive today.
All my life i have been hearing one thing "it will be better one day" when will that day come? Politicians leave Nigeria Alone and allow us to grow!! allow us to move forward all politicians should give Youths a chance, if the same amount of people keep doing the same thing nothing good will happen!!! what we need is CHANGE as the saying goes "the only constant thing in life is CHANGE!!!!!!!. I believe in a better Nigeria, I believe that Nigeria will be Great, I believe that when Nigerians demand Justice and stop allowing the rich and those in power get away with their crimes Nigeria will be great. NIGERIANS stop sitting down and giving 1percent of the nations population the power to pull you down, demand for your right! demand for justice!! demand for CHANGE.
i am waiting for a day when a Nigerian president will walk into a street store with no bodyguard to buy something just like the American president. We like to learn from the western people so try this, that day i will know that "this is the Nigeria of our dreams" for all those that have lost their lives in Nigeria this write up is dedicated to you, rest in peace, for the Abuja victims today (25th June 2014) rest in peace. God BLESS THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.
